We offer a replacement guarantee for plants damaged on arrival or that fail to thrive due to shipping issues.

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is out of stock.
If your plants or trees arrive damaged or unhealthy, we’ll send a one-time replacement (pending claim approval).

To file a claim:

  • Use our self-serve return portal.
  • Provide at least 3 clear photos showing the plants in the condition they arrived (not after planting).
  • Submit your claim within 48 hours of delivery.

30-Day Thrive Guarantee
If, after transplanting, your plant fails to thrive within 30 days, we’ll replace it once for free. You’ll only need to cover the shipping cost.

Exception: If you ordered a plant that was not recommended for your zone, our 30-Day Thrive Guarantee is not applicable.

Please note:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Each item is eligible for one replacement only.
  • Shipping costs are only covered for plants that arrive dead or severely unhealthy/damaged.
  • Our guarantee does not cover damage from transplanting, improper care, or issues unrelated to shipping.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately. We’ll try to accommodate changes, but cancellations and refunds are not possible after submission.
