Data Deletion Instructions

What this page is for

This page explains how you can request deletion of data handled by our internal tool that reads advertising and social-engagement metrics from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tiktok, or any other social media platform and writes summaries into our reporting systems.

We use this app for our own analytics. We do not sell data, broker data, or use it for third-party advertising.

What data we access

Depending on the permissions you grant, the app may access:

• Ads performance metrics (e.g., spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) at the ad-account/campaign level.

• Account/Page/IG profile metadata (e.g., account/page name, IDs).

• Social engagement metrics (e.g., follower counts, post/story reach, likes, comments, saves, engagement rate).

• Service/response metrics (e.g., time-to-reply and reply rate).
  We do not read message contents; only timing/summary metrics where available.

We do not collect personal messages, friend lists, or individual user identities.

Where data is stored

• Aggregated metrics are stored in our internal reporting databases, accessible only to authorized company personnel.

• We do not store Meta access tokens or raw personal content longer than necessary to process metrics.

How long we keep it

We retain aggregated metrics for business reporting until they are no longer needed, then delete or anonymize them. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

How to request deletion

If you want us to delete data about you that is processed by this app:

1. Send an email to hello@hhplantnursery.com with the subject:
   “Data Deletion – Social Media Apps.”

2. Include:

   • Your full name.

   • The Facebook Page and/or Instagram account involved.

   • A brief description of the data you want deleted (e.g., “delete all data related to @hhplantnursery DMs metrics”).

3. We will acknowledge your request and delete applicable data from our systems within 30 days, then confirm completion by email.

Note: We cannot delete data that remains on Meta’s systems. 

What we will delete

• Aggregated metrics and logs related to your Page/IG account from our reporting stores 

• Any identifiers or access artifacts we control that relate to your assets.

What we cannot delete

• Data stored by Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You can request deletion from Meta directly or remove our app from your integrations to stop future access.
