Salvia mellifera | Black Sage
Black Sage is a highly aromatic, evergreen shrub native to California and Baja California. Known for its dark green, textured foliage and clusters of small white-to-pale-lavender flowers, it’s a staple in native and drought-tolerant landscapes. Black Sage is an excellent pollinator plant, attracting bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds while also being deer-resistant and low maintenance.
